Terms & Conditions

By enrolling at UniSkills, students agree to abide by these terms, which cover academic conduct, financial policies, and institutional regulations.

1. Admissions & Financial Policy

  • Non-Refundable Fees: All fees, including registration and tuition, are strictly non-refundable once the academic session commences.
  • Fee Revisions: The management reserves the right to revise fee structures without prior notice.
  • Late Payments: A penalty of ₹500/day applies to late payments. Balances unpaid beyond 15 days may result in suspension and a mandatory re-registration fee of ₹30,000.
  • Payment Issues: Dishonoured cheques incur a ₹1,000 processing fee plus a ₹500 daily penalty.

2. Academic Regulations

  • Curriculum Updates: UniSkills reserves the right to modify the curriculum and training methodology to maintain industry relevance.
  • Attendance: A minimum of 75% attendance is mandatory. Failure to meet this requirement may disqualify students from examinations.
  • Programme Recognition: Some diplomas are industry-specific and may not be UGC/AICTE affiliated unless explicitly stated.
  • Supplementary Exams: A fee of ₹1,000 per paper applies for all supplementary examinations.

3. Code of Conduct & Disciplinary Action

  • Zero Tolerance for Ragging: Ragging is strictly prohibited; violators face immediate disciplinary action and potential legal consequences.
  • General Discipline: Students must maintain professional conduct, dress code, and decorum on campus and during industry-related activities.
  • Misconduct: Harassment, violence, or academic malpractice may result in immediate suspension or rustication without fee refund.

4. Placements & Institutional Rights

  • Placement Disclaimer: Career guidance and support are provided, but employment and salary packages are subject to student performance and market requirements, not guaranteed by the institution.
  • Campus Location: UniSkills reserves the right to relocate operations to suitable premises if required due to lease agreements or operational needs.
  • Force Majeure: The institution is not liable for service interruptions caused by natural disasters, government policy changes, or pandemics.

Technology Requirement

Students are required to possess a personal laptop with reliable internet access to engage with our Learning Management System (LMS), online classes, and digital library resources. Maintaining this infrastructure is the sole responsibility of the student.
